LBots (‘’LBots’’, ‘’lbots.org’’, "us", "our" or "we") is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its users ("users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information, that you provide or we collect in connection on our website lbots.org (the "Site") or any lbots.org website(s) provided on a mobile platform (for example, iOS and Android) (collectively, the "Service"). Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by LBots through your use of the Service. LBots is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.

By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect information from you, as further described below.

a. Information Provided by You:

We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register for access to the Services or use certain Services. Information we collect may include but not be limited to any information exposed by using the Service with an account created on https://discordapp.com which belongs to Discord Inc. This data may be collected for statistical purposes such as but not limited to research, sales, analysis any end user data (as specified in Discord Inc.’s policies) is kept secured to the standards specified in such policies of Discord Inc. When you interact with us through the Services, we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, device ID, and your activities within the Services. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, as well as the sites which refer visitors to us.

We are located in the United Kingdom and in France. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing and transferring of your information in and to the European union and other countries.

You may provide us with ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

6. Third parties

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by us (the “Third-party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third-party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

7. Data retention

We generally retain personal data for so long as it may be relevant to the purposes identified herein. To dispose of personal data, we may anonymize it, delete it or take other appropriate steps. Data may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.

We take all reasonable steps to protect the information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet transmission is ever fully secure or error free.

If you would like to submit a data access request, you can do so by contacting us on the support server which is hosted on Discord Inc.’s service Discord. It can be accessed by the contact button on our website, where you’ll have the option to join the support server. You can also contact us by email at business@lbots.org. We will then start the process and provide you a link to access the personal data that we have on you within 30 days. To join the support server, you will need an account created on https://discordapp.com and their free Discord service both of which belong to Discord Inc. By creating an account and joining the support server you agree to any terms of Discord Inc. which are listed on Discord Inc.’s website.

b. How do I correct, update, amend, or delete the personal data you have about me?

You can request any modifications from us directly in the event that they aren’t provided from your account created with Discord Inc. If that is the case, please contact Discord Inc. with any requests by using contact information listed on their website. Please contact us on the support server or by email with an explanation of what data subject right you are seeking to exercise. For your protection, we may take steps to verify identity before responding to your request.

c. How do I object or restrict the manner in which LBots processes my personal data?

You have a right to ask us to stop using or limit our use of your personal data in certain circumstances—for example, if we have no lawful basis to keep using your data, or if you think your personal data is inaccurate. You can request a restriction on using your personal data by contacting us on our support server or by email. Individuals in the European Economic Area have the right to opt out of all of our processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. To exercise this right, contact us on the support server. The rights and options described above are subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law. In addition to those rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. However, we encourage you to contact us first, and we promise you to do our very best to resolve your concern.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective and also on our support server. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

LBots takes reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties.

Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-parties from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

12. Our Policy Regarding Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We respect and follow any rules and terms specified in Discord Inc.’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regarding children.
